A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Development
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and scale foundational partner systems and automated deal
registration processes
Simplify developer and partner engagement through scalable programs
and self-service workflows
Develop dashboards for partner revenue, deal pipeline, and
ecosystem health while automating financial operations
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into operational
plans for M&A and partnerships
Deep experience with financial modeling and understanding of
P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
Skilled in designing and scaling repeatable processes for deal
evaluation and post-merger integration
Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving
various business functions
Hands-on experience with M&A and corporate development tools
and systems integration
