Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Strategy Manager to support
its growing client base in making better investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Own and cultivate relationships with clients by leveraging product
expertise and advocating for their needs
Manage commercial strategy including renewals and upsell
opportunities
Contribute to best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy
team and support team growth
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Ability to build strategic relationships within a client
portfolio
Passion for client success and investment research
Proactive identification of value-adding opportunities for
clients
Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
