A company is looking for a Senior Director, Merchandising to
drive merchandising excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement merchandising strategies, plans, and
initiatives to achieve company goals
Lead category management and assortment strategy to maximize sales
and profitability
Manage vendor relationships and utilize data-driven insights to
inform merchandising decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, merchandising, business, or a
related field
10+ years of managerial experience in merchandising or a related
field
Strong negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives
Deep understanding of the retail industry and merchandising
principles
