Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the technical strategy to support the company's
mission and growth
Partner with business leaders to create scalable technical
solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Champion a collaborative culture focused on accountability,
innovation, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA
or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in software development or technology
leadership
7+ years of management and leadership experience with a proven
track record
Prior experience in leading digital transformation initiatives
Experience in the FinTech industry is strongly preferred
