A company is looking for a Director of Merchant Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize daily operations related to merchant
relationships, including onboarding and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational
initiatives with business objectives
Analyze merchant data to identify trends and create actionable
recommendations for operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Operations Management, or a
related field
8+ years of experience in merchant operations or related fields
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in merchant
operations
Proficiency with merchant management systems, CRM tools, and data
analytics software
Strong knowledge of merchant processing components, such as
underwriting and pricing
