Job Description:
A company is looking for a Brand Manager, Equity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead packaging design projects to enhance brand equity from
ideation to launch
Optimize paid media strategy through performance monitoring and
improvement recommendations
Conduct brand and consumer insights analysis while overseeing KPI &
ROI reporting
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Advertising, or related
field
5+ years of brand marketing experience in food, beverage, beauty,
or health & wellness brands
Strong understanding of brand equity ecosystems and paid media
plans
Experience managing packaging design and paid media initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including
PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
