Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete product lifecycle, defining key performance
indicators and managing product success
Ensure alignment across business stakeholders and cross-functional
teams while communicating development progress
Analyze market trends and opportunities to position products
competitively while managing budgets effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
10 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on stop
loss and risk-bearing products
5 years of experience in product management, including a successful
track record of product lifecycle management
5 years of proven leadership experience in developing and scaling
high-performance teams
Significant work experience in stop loss and captive program setup
is required
