Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Development or Chief
Advancement Officer to manage and implement a strategic vision for
its fundraising program.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the organization's development efforts, including
creating and executing a $2M+ annual fundraising plan
Develop major gifts program and cultivate relationships with
institutional funders and high-net-worth individuals
Collaborate with leadership and Board members to support
fundraising initiatives and report on performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of fundraising experience with increasing
responsibility
Management or leadership experience preferred, with a track record
of developing staff
Experience in cultivating and soliciting major gifts ($10,000+)
Understanding of CRM systems for managing donor relationships
Familiarity with healthcare and/or disability strongly
preferred
