Practice.
Key Responsibilities
Shape the architecture and capabilities of the central
experimentation platform
Set standards for planning, designing, and interpreting
experiments
Consult on complex statistical analysis and develop roadmaps for
high-traffic production systems
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in data science focused on
experimentation
3-5 years of experience leading a team in engineering or
experimentation
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Strong understanding of experimental design and A/B testing
Experience with platform engineering, preferably in experimentation
platforms
