Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Analytics and Operations
Director to lead data-driven marketing efforts and manage
operational systems for measuring success.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement real-time tracking and develop a Multi-Touch
Attribution model for marketing performance evaluation
Create measurement plans, analyze SEO performance, and manage media
campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness
Oversee lead management processes, improve the mar-tech stack, and
ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in digital marketing analytics
Expertise with measurement platforms such as Google Analytics and
data visualization tools like Tableau
Experience with marketing data and analytics tools, including
SEMRush and Salesforce Account Engagement
Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills are preferred
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms
