Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Director, Quality
Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee performance improvement and execution for assigned regional
states within the Health Plan Performance team
Serve as the liaison between national and health plan leadership to
ensure compliance with key performance indicators
Manage the QS HPP program manager and coordinate with health plan
quality staff to achieve performance goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration,
Public Health, or equivalent experience)
7 - 10 years of experience in Managed Care and/or health plan
quality
Clinical experience for roles focused on Accreditation, Compliance,
HEDIS Interventions, and medical record abstraction
Technical and strategy experience for positions focused on
interventions
Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
