direction and business growth
Oversee daily operations, ensuring accountability, transparency,

Champion risk management and compliance, ensuring adherence to
banking regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related
field; advanced degree preferred
20+ years of experience in consumer and commercial banking, with
senior executive leadership experience
Extensive background in regulatory environments and risk
management
Demonstrated financial leadership and understanding of complex
financial markets
Proven ability to drive performance and scale operations
effectively
