Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Billing Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and adjust a medical billing and coding audit plan in
collaboration with various departments
Aggregate and report audit findings to relevant committees and
assist in responding to audits
Create and deploy educational materials related to medical billing,
coding, payment posting, and collections
Required Qualifications
Familiarity with Medicare billing guidelines and compliance
regulations
Minimum of Intermediate level of Excel experience
Experience in medical billing and/or coding audits is preferred
Healthcare compliance certification (CHC, CPCO) is a plus
Prior Medicare billing experience in an acute care facility is
advantageous
