Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager-
Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level clients,
building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Design and implement customized engagement programs that drive
product adoption and measurable success
Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth implementation
experience and developing success plans aligned with client
goals
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or
Program Management, preferably with enterprise clients
Proven experience in designing and scaling engagement programs
across diverse user groups
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client goals
into actionable plans
Experience using CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight,
HubSpot)
Familiarity with wellness benefits and data-driven success
strategies is preferred
