We have an amazing need for a Human Resource Manger this will be on-siteResponsiblities:Develop and implement HR policy and process aligned with organizational goals and objectivesProvide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related mattersServe as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employee relations issues.Support employee grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution. Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. ? Identify training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeSkills:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Strong knowledge of California labor laws and employment regulations.Proficiency in HR software and systems. ? Ability to speak Vietnamese would be advantageous. ?
