Job Title: Senior Manager Infrastructure Monitoring Tool, Automation & SRE

Position Type: Direct Hire, Fulltime

Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Hybrid 3-4 days onsite)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop matrix team members completing complex and strategic quality control projects from performance and major incident monitoring tool automation including but not limited to SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Cisco Thousandeyes, etc.
- Responsible for all aspects of managing enterprise performance and major incident monitoring tool automation of the highly complex Infrastructure programs.
- Plan and prepare enterprise-wide end to end performance and incident monitoring tool automation and site reliability engineering (SRE) strategy and plans based on project timelines.

Experience:

- Minimum 17+ years' experience in Information Technology (IT) industry with at least 12+ years of performance and major incident monitoring tool automation, quality assurance and SRE functions.
- Leadership experience in a complex, multi-cultural, matrix management organization.
- Familiarity with performance and major incident monitoring tool automation and SRE principles.
- Must have proven experience with team building and leading a team- mentor, guide and lead TFT team members in the execution of TFT objectives
- On-call 24x7 for operational support and onsite rotation for P1 P2 major incident management and emergency response
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Master's preferred

Storage (Client, Dell EMC).
Networking (Cisco), IBM AS400.
Solarwinds Dynatrace Cisco ThousandEyes IBM Tivoli Loadrunner or similar performance monitoring tool experience

Certifications

Certificate in ITIL required
SolarWinds, Cisco (AppDynamics, StealthWatch, ThousandEyes), Entuity, Dynatrace, IBM Tivoli or similar enterprise monitoring tool experience and or certification required
6 Sigma or ISTQB certification preferred
