SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:The Digital Campaign Content Manager will play an integral role on VCA's Digital Platforms team, planning, building and optimizing digital campaign content within our digital ecosystem. This role will be responsible for strategizing and executing national and local-level campaign content and landing pages that engage pet owners, optimize conversion and drive growth across key pillars of the business (lead generation, new client acquisition, CRM and eCommerce among others). Partnering with brand, marketing and product teams as well as other cross-functional business units, the Digital Campaign Content Manager will develop, maintain and continuously test conversion funnels, landing pages, personalization strategies, onsite merchandising and promotions to help make the digital channel a driver of growth for the brand and our hospitals.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS* In collaboration with internal and external partners, create, build and maintain campaign landing pages in alignment with business objectives, digital content strategy and growth goals.* Execute, manage, test and report on performance of onsite promotions and merchandising efforts in support of digital campaigns.* Develop and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests in collaboration with the Acquisition and Lead Generation team. Conceptualize new landing page tests and conversion funnel optimization working in collaboration with key stakeholders. Monitor test performance and develop strategic recommendations from insights.* Recommend and implement design updates, content gap opportunities, user experience improvements and conversion funnel enhancements.* Manage digital content and landing page assets, maintaining updated inventory, templates and versioning while reducing redundancies.* Diagnose and troubleshoot landing page issues in timely, urgent fashion.PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* Knowledge of website performance and optimization principle and strategies.* Proficiency leveraging analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.) for campaign landing page performance data.* Proven experience with conversion optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, personalization strategies and customer journey mapping.* Ability to effectively evaluate content and creative output from internal and external partners and translate to engaging digital experience(s).* Sound knowledge of enterprise level Content Management systems and digital asset management systems.* Strong copywriting, technical writing and/or editing and proofreading experience, preferably in marketing.* Proficient with HTML, CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript.CORE COMPETENCIES* Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficient at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Systematic, good at prioritization and attentive to details.* Customer-centric mindset with proven experience in customer journey analysis and optimization, UI/UX design and thoughtful approach to the details where it moves the needle.* Strategic thinker with strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening).* Excellent relationship-builder, able to make meaningful connections with many different personality types and roles and lead with diplomacy.* Collaborative, results-driven problem solver.* Strong professionalism; works with integrity and accountability.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Communication.* 3 - 5 years enterprise level digital campaign landing page and content management experience.* Must have experience with Enterprise-level CMS, Sitecore preferred.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.* Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Acrobat/Reader.* Knowledge of and experience in HTML.If you are a current associate, you need to apply through our internal career site.
