SummaryJoin a California Medical Center as their new Interim Manager, ICU/Definitive Observation Unit!The PositionThe Interim Manager, ICU/Definitive Observation Unit (DOU), will work in conjunction with the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and will have oversight of approximately 33 FTEs.The Interim Manager will act as a resource to staff members and will provide mentorships when needed.Will work to improve quality metrics throughout the department and will ensure that staff members are following all protocols and policies that have been implemented.Ideal candidates must bring previous ICU experience; Previous/current leadership experience is preferred.RequirementsBachelor's degree and active RN license are required.Pay DetailsPay Range: $156,000 - $162,000 annually.Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.The CommunityFountain Valley is a suburban city located in Orange County, California.Located only 30 minutes from the Los Angeles Airport gives residents easy access to transportation.On average, there are 276 sunny days per year with temperatures ranging from low of 45 in the winter to high 80s in summer, making this a very comfortable climate.Interim Leadership with B.E. Your travel, lodging and business expenses are covered by B.E. Smith and the client.In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization.
