will be part of the Corporate Accounting team supporting the
Company---s mergers and acquisitions projects and strategic
initiatives. This Director will work closely with the Mergers and
Acquisitions team and key stakeholders to oversee the accounting
due diligence and post-close integration of acquisitions. This role
also oversees the implementation of new accounting standards,
provides guidance for complex and non-routine accounting matters,
and manages the Company---s accounting policies with a focus on
enhancing current processes. Essential Functions: Lead accounting
due diligence, purchase accounting and valuation analysis for
acquisitions. Oversee the accounting transition and integration of
acquisitions. Lead and participate in implementation of strategic
initiatives and provide thought leadership on complex and
non-routine accounting matters to business partners. Ability to
work cross-functionally and foster strong working relationships
with key stakeholders to assist with transition and integration
activities from strategic initiatives. Subject matter expert of
complex accounting areas, such as business combinations,
consolidation, revenue recognition, leases, and debt and equity
investments. Job Complexities Works on highly complex problems in
which analysis of situations or data requires significant
originality and an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Strong
financial acumen with in-depth understanding of generally accepted
accounting principles (GAAP) and the ability to apply relevant
guidance to complex accounting topics. Supervision Received or
Extended Responsible for a team that impacts other departments.
Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and
ensures operations--- achievement of objectives. Typically has a
minimum of 2-4 mid to high level exempt direct reports. Typical
Education Bachelor---s degree in accounting or related field
Typical Range of Experience 8 years progressive management
experience 5 years of public accounting experience License or
Certification CPA license required LI-JQ1 TCORPTL First American
