Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and leadership within the automotive industry. Oversee and manage all vehicle maintenance and repair activities. Diagnose complex car problems using advanced diagnostic tools. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance services. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used. Communicate effectively with clients to explain diagnoses and repairs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and customer service.
