Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and
Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage substation protection and control design
projects
Mentor and develop a diverse team of engineers, designers, and
drafters
Coordinate and collaborate with external clients to ensure project
success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and
control design
Proven ability to lead substation design projects
Experience in managing project financials and resources
Willingness to support the journey to obtain and maintain a P.E.
license
