Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will handle both inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide information about products, services, and policies. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Document and track customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and quality. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities. Active Listening: Attentive to customer concerns. Benefits Medical Insurance The coverage begins for the employee the on the first of the month following the first full 30 days of full-time employment for employees and their eligible dependents Cost to the employee to participate in the plan varies by the coverage selection and the number of dependents; and may be subject to collective bargaining agreement The employee may also elect to opt out of the County's medical insurance if proof of coverage is provided Under this arrangement, the employee is provided with an annual opt out payment.
