Computer Literacy Test Must score above 31%tile to be considered for the role. • Top 3 Required Skills. Candidate Should Have: 6 or more months data entry experience required. 1 year of relevant experience required. (Heavy on the customer service; call center or customer facing experience) Top Daily Responsibilities: 1. Membership processing 2. Preparation and validation of information 3. Phones 4.Finance related activities. Top 3-5 Top Skills: 1. Analytical 2. Detail Oriented 3. Outgoing calls or call center experience highly preferred 4. Excellent Attendance History 5. Some experience with cash handling highly preferred (examples include accounting, Bank Teller, Cashier, Ledger) 6. Data Entry alpha numeric. Desired Skills: 1. Analytical 2. Detail Oriented 3. Customer Centric Service Model • Shift: 8am-5pm PST (may vary slightly upon completing training) •Interviews: Virtual via teams-30 minutes Please provide windows of time and days they are available to interview. Hoping to start interview ASAP • Onsite work is required, Remote could be earned based on these key performance indicators: 85% is performance of 90% quality for 3 consecutive months the rest is based on Attendance, Behaviors, and Professionalism. • Education: Bachelors preferred, not required.
