Position: • With options for remote once all training and QA scores
are at Operations Standard and approved by the Operations Manager.
• NO Time off during training or first 90 days; No time off during
holidays (federal holidays exception). • If time off needed during
the first three months of assignment, the candidate is not going to
be a good fit this includes doctor’s appointments Requirements: •
AAR V2 Must have Recommended score above 31%tile. Computer Literacy
Test Must score above 31%tile to be considered for the role. • Top
3 Required Skills. Candidate Should Have: 6 or more months data
entry experience required. 1 year of relevant experience required.
(Heavy on the customer service; call center or customer facing
experience) Top Daily Responsibilities: 1. Membership processing 2.
Preparation and validation of information 3. Phones 4.Finance
related activities. Top 3-5 Top Skills: 1. Analytical 2. Detail
Oriented 3. Outgoing calls or call center experience highly
preferred 4. Excellent Attendance History 5. Some experience with
cash handling highly preferred (examples include accounting, Bank
Teller, Cashier, Ledger) 6. Data Entry alpha numeric. Desired

Service Model • Shift: 8am-5pm PST (may vary slightly upon
completing training) •Interviews: Virtual via teams-30 minutes

required, Remote could be earned based on these key performance
indicators: 85% is performance of 90% quality for 3 consecutive
months the rest is based on Attendance, Behaviors, and
Professionalism. • Education: Bachelors preferred, not required. HS
