ABOUT THE ROLE Citadel CPM is in search of a highly experienced
Healthcare Construction Project Manager I and II to join our team.
In this role, you will manage medical/healthcare/behavioral health
facility design and construction building projects through
planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, environmental
permitting, construction, and close-out. Additionally, you will
play a key role in managing capital improvement projects for
construction. ABOUT YOU You are a Project Manager I professional
with minimum of 5 years and a Project Manager II professional with
minimum 7 years of experience in project/construction management
and concurrent field construction experience. Able to manage and
coordinate all aspects of mid-to-large sized design and
construction for capital improvement projects overseeing all the
trades. Create/implement project plans, monitor progress and ensure
quality and compliance. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience with State
of California Health Care Access and Information (HCAI, formerly
OSHPD). Work experience in project planning and development.
Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.
Proficiency in Building MEPF systems/components and technology.
Ability to develop and control project scope and maintain project
budgets. Ability to develop and review project schedules. Skilled
in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction
documents. Ability to effectively facilitate project team and
client meetings. Ability to effectively negotiate and prepare
change orders. Ability to effectively monitor and coordinate
construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and
challenges. Ability to set and manage project expectations.
Knowledgeable in CEQA/NEPA. Managed/executed multiple delivery
methods experience: Design-Bid-Build/Design-Build/CMAR.
Knowledgeable in contract management (GMP/lump sum) project
delivery method. Knowledge of LEED. Effective oral and written
communication skills. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experienced and
knowledgeable in the management of medical/healthcare/behavioral
health facility design and construction projects. Minimum of 3
years of HCAI/OSHPD experience. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Graduation
from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree in
architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. PREFERRED
REQUIREMENTS A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by
the California Architectural Board orProfessional Engineer by the
State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
Possession of a valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or
Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. Knowledge of
NPC-5 and Seismic Retrofit Citadel is committed to a diverse and

performance. Base pay is only one component of Citadels total
compensation packages for employees. Pay range for the Healthcare
Construction Project Manager is $150,000 - $165,000 salary per
year. Pay range for the Healthcare Construction Project Manager II
