Job Description Job Description Location: Chula Vista, CA Start: January 12, 2026 The Opportunity Join a high-performing crew building large-scale commercial solar arrays. You’ll install racking, modules, and balance?of?system components safely and efficiently on an active jobsite. Ideal for experienced solar craft workers who thrive in fast?paced, safety?first environments. What You’ll Do Stage materials; assemble and set racking per drawings/specs Set modules; torque/verify mechanical connections; basic BOS tasks Use drills/impacts/cutting tools; maintain clean, organized work areas Follow site safety protocols and contribute to daily tailgate talks Collaborate with the foreman and crew to hit production targets What You’ll Bring Commercial solar installation experience (racking/module install required) Ability to read basic drawings, use hand/power tools, and lift 50 lbs Reliable transportation; punctual, professional communication on site Team mindset and a strong safety record Tools & PPE Bring your hand tools, drill/impact, and a cutting tool Required PPE: hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, high?visibility vest and steel?toe boots Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chula Vista, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
