Job Description Job Description Maintenance Staff Job Description Position Overview: The Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant’s facilities and equipment are in good working order. The ideal candidate is handy, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and minor troubleshooting. Ensure that all restaurant areas, including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms, are clean and safe. Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular inspections of kitchen and restaurant equipment to ensure proper functioning. Address any equipment malfunctions and report issues to management. Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, including handling chemicals and using tools safely. Ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with health and safety standards. Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role is required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
