Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to
lead audience analytics and omnichannel measurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement testing frameworks and measurement strategies
for campaign performance across all marketing channels
Design and implement incrementality testing methods to measure the
impact of marketing programs on business outcomes
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and insights about
customer performance based on critical metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related
field
8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with expertise in
paid media and CRM analytics
5+ years of advanced SQL experience; Python and/or R is a plus
Experience working with first-party customer data within Snowflake
for marketing activation
Extensive knowledge of media metrics and experience with CRM
platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe
