A company is looking for a Director of E-Commerce Marketing &
Digital Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team in campaign planning, execution, and marketing
strategy
Oversee the lifecycle of marketing campaigns across multiple
e-commerce platforms
Optimize customer experience and UX through data-driven insights
and testing
Required Qualifications
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role
BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, or
Business
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and e-commerce
performance metrics
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable
outcomes
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate
optimization
