scenes—that’s where you come in. We’re looking for an Operations
Administrator who loves being at the center of it all, keeping
everything flowing smoothly and everyone connected. Think of
yourself as the heartbeat of our operation—the person who makes
sure all the moving pieces come together seamlessly. Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience Benefits: Sick Pay,
Vacation, and a contribution to employer-offered medical benefits
Hours: 8 am–5 pm, full-time, 40 hours, with occasional evening
flexibility Location: Alhambra, CA (in-office). Candidates must
live within 40 minutes, have daily access to a personal vehicle, a

polish and precision of our staged spaces start with you. We’re a
tight-knit team of professionals who rely on each other completely.
You don’t just manage logistics; you make sure designers have what
they need, crews are set up for success, and nothing falls through
the cracks. You keep the pace, solve the puzzle, and do it without
breaking a sweat. The Financials: Daily QuickBooks bookkeeping,
AP/AR, payroll processing. You keep our books tight and current so
we can make real decisions with real data. The Projects: Every
project from contract to completion—billing, staging logistics, the
works. You’re the push behind every project, ensuring it’s done
right before anything rolls out. The Communication: You’re the
connective tissue between clients, vendors, and the team.
Everything you send is polished and on point. The Systems: You keep
our platforms running smoothly so everyone knows what’s happening
and when. You naturally find ways to improve processes and
streamline workflows to make your job easier and support the team
at a higher level. The People: You work with legal counsel on HR
policies, bring new team members on board, and speak up when you
see something that needs attention. If you’re driven, resourceful,

just logistics—it’s making sure the studio hums. When you do your
job well, designers can dream bigger, crews can execute
confidently, and every project comes together effortlessly. You’re
not just supporting the team—you’re elevating the work we’re known
for. 3 years running operations in a small business or
studio—AP/AR, payroll, contracts, logistics, all of it Solid
QuickBooks skills—you’ll own daily bookkeeping and follow through
quickly Clear, professional communication—no typos, no confusion
Tech savvy; Comfort with Notion, StageForce, and Connecteam A
