Job Description Patient Services Representative Tustin / Santa Ana, CA Recent Dental Office Experience is a MUST We’re dedicated to helping people achieve better oral health, healthier smiles, and better sleep with greater TMJ awareness and care. With over two decades of specialized experience, Dr. Abraham and our team focus on conservative dentistry, patient education, and non-invasive solutions for sleep and TMJ related concerns in a personalized, high standard setting. This is a Full Time, on site role in Tustin / Santa Ana. You will manage scheduling, patient records, insurance verification, and a smooth check-in experience. You will communicate with patients by phone and in person, handle questions with confidence and warmth, and support daily administrative systems that keep the office running at a high level. Qualifications • Dental front office experience is a must • Strong appointment scheduling and phone etiquette • Insurance verification experience and comfort with basic medical terminology • Excellent organization, communication, and follow through • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
