Job Description Job Description Job Title: Tax supervisor / Tax Manager Location: Based in Orange County CA Salary: 120K -160k Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax supervisor / Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role in Orange County, CA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base in a collaborative and supportive environment. You'll be responsible for managing complex tax returns, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations. We are hoping to add someone to our team who we can promote to manager within in the next 6-8 months. We are a Top 200 firm Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns Provide strategic tax planning, consulting and compliance services to clients Conduct tax research and stay current with changing tax laws and regulations Identify and mitigate tax risks Mentor and guide junior accounting staff Communicate with clients to gather information, explain findings, and provide recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA Required) Minimum 5-7 years of relevant public accounting or tax experience Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations Experience with tax software and accounting platforms Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Benefits We believe in taking care of our team.
