Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and analyze financial information for financial statements
and accounting reports
Review budgets, expenses, and accounting documents to resolve
discrepancies
Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate accounting control
procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or
related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting or finance
Experience demonstrating the application of generally accepted
accounting principles (GAAP)
Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated with effective time
management skills
