Accounting Specialist - Santa Ana

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity located in Santa Ana. Position will be onsite and support both AP and AR duties. Pay is up to $23 per hour

Responsible for AP functions, including match, batch and coding of invoices
Process invoices for payments, check runs and vendor management
Handle the weekly cash disbursements for expense accounts
Prepare daily deposits and enter into accounting system (Intacct and QuickBooks)
Process credit cards and posting payments
Assist with 1099's and journal entries
Intermediate Excel skills
